And She Stands....with Help ;)

Jaaten is getting so big!! Veronica sent me this picture on Friday. Too cute! This week I am figuring out finding a babysitter is the absolute worst, most stressful thing I have had to deal with up to this point in my life. Veronica has decided to get a full time Monday-Friday job so I have been on the search. After getting over the initial shock of the price tag of a great nanny that I am comfortable with, I still cannot seem to find someone that will work. Jaafe and I have talked about me quitting my job as our final option so we shall see.....

1st Sprout! ;)

Jaaten finally has BARELY enough hairs for her little sprout. ;) Veronica sent me this picture this mornng after they got ready for the day.......

Church & Swing Sets

Jaafe took Jaaten to church with Norma (friend of ours) this past Sunday for the first time. He took her right during her nap time but he said Jaaten was good. This is the little dress she wore. When we were all home that evening, Jaafe put her first swing set together for her. I think she was a confused at first but now she loves it. ;)

Easter Pictures!

Grandpa & Grammy just went back to Kansas City yesterday. We were glad they were here while Jaafe was gone and for the Pretty Girl's first Easter. ;)

We could NOT get Jaaten to smile for anything! Not in the picture mood I guess. ;)

Growing SO fast!

March was SUCH a busy month for Miss Jaaten. She changed carseats because she grew out of her old one, she said Mama (first word ever!), she got sick for the first time (croup), she suddenly stopped spitting up, she learned how to wave goodbye AND she started taking steps while you hold her fingers. She is a big girl now! I've done my job!....ready for another. ;)Jaaten sits in this Bumbo in my closet everyday after I get home from work and change my clothes. She always wants a necklace to hold. Today, Dad thought she should have one of his accessories too. ;) This is the best picture we could get of Jaaten's first teeth. The 2 bottom teeth came in a little over a week ago. Grammy took this picture JUST before Jaaten pulled these silly glasses off. Jaaten LOVES her Grandpa!
