This year BOTH Hudson and Steel decided to come home with Jaafe and I after our first week at the lake. Jaaten stayed with Grammie an Papa to practice for the ski show with Jarrod and Braxton. She would've stayed anyway though! These two were AWESOME on the plane ride back to the lake for round 2 though! This is what each of hem did the whole plane ride! HA! Hudson is totally my kid sleeping the whole way with that soft blanket! 7.2.18
Got fireworks from a place right by the lake....never again because they were super expensive! Ugh! But Jaaen and Steel wanted to take this home with us! LOL! 7.3.18
4th of July at the lake! The day we go to the lake for...kinda. ;) Face painting, turtle races (we need to find a good turtle next year!), ski show.....so fun! Grammie and Papa even came this year to see Jaaten wakeboard with Braxton! And I have not one picture of it! Ugh!
This sweet girl, Gracie, is one of my dearest friends' daughters. Her mama Libby and I have been friends for a long time!! It was fun to see these girls become friends.

So the playroom at the lake is already getting out of hand....thank you mostly to everyone in the KC area who has had a garage sale in the last 4 years. Grammie was probably at your garage sale AND bought some things for this room! I already had to have Salvation Army come! 7.5.18
Jarrod and Ash had the after 4th party! We tried to light all the fireworks we didn't get to the day before. Bu....the police came and shut us down. It was fun while it lasted!
THEN there was the last DAM party. All those boats are full of adults only, tied up to hang out for the last party until that dam behind the boats is taken out and the lake expands. I swear it is one party to the next for the lake dwellers that live there all year! Fun!

Jaaten had her first sleepover ever with Gracie (because I don't do sleepovers) ad she was so excited. Lib even did little girl facials for them. Needless to even say but Jaaten LOVES Libby! 7.7.18
