Jaafe and I have lived in our house since January 2007....and last year we saw the first scorpion outside. This year, Sophia, our sweet sitter, stepped on one at the house while she was there one evening with the kids. AGH! Jaafe and I felt so bad AND Sophia said it ran away fast so she didn't get a chance to kill it! Weeeeelllll, when Jaafe and I got home that evening, we found it. If you have never seen one of these puppies under a black light, it is unreal how bright they glow! He was easy to spot under our stone! Jaafe got him. We got a new pest control man. All is good again! But I did consider moving.....LOL! 10.25.18

Hudson's class went on a field trip to a local farm. Hudson is easy to spot with his arms folded, all mad looking. Sheesh!
Then the boys (and I) got a couple good hours of entertainment from the character pumpkins! Win!
Sophia took the kids to a new park that just opened not too far from our house. That's Steel at the front. They said it was the best park "ever."10.27.18
Jaaten had to pick a character from a book and create a pumpkin to represent the book character. Jaaten chose a book about Hellen Keller and did an awesome job on her pumpkin!! She was so proud of it and we are so proud of her for always being so creative! She definitely does not follow the pack. Love that! 10.18.18

And 2 days before Halloween Steel changed his costume to a knight....with no pants. HA! 10.29.18
And the final product...Steel's new glasses make him most handsome! Love this cute kiddo!! 10.30.18
