Hair Ponies & Show Offs

This Little Girl is FINALLY starting to get some hair!! The picture isn't the best BUT it is the 1st time we have hair ponies in and you can actually see the hair coming out the top of the rubber band!! I still have hope she will get my hair gene though, not Jaafe's. ;) Jaafe got a new iPhone yesterday so we were trying out the camera last night. Not a lot of the pictures turned out as we were learning the camera on the phone but here are a couple.

Abbey took Jaaten to the park for a good part of the afternoon. Jaaten was sick for awhile so we have been easing her back into the park. Jaaten has a new found LOVE for sunglasses when she's outside now. She made some new friends at the park and was quite the Show-Off for these tweeny girls and they LOVED her!

The park is followed by REALLY good afternoon naps too! The Mama likes that!

Cold Weather & Bikinis

This is how we started our day today......Jaaten pulling out every swimsuit I own and spreading them all over my closet. ;)

It has been super cold for AZ standards. I think the temperature got up to 50° today!! Jaaten didn't seem to mind. I think she just wanted to get out of the house because she has been sick for 10 days!

Funny Girl!

Aunt CiCi and the kids got Jaaten this bike for Christmas. It hooks up to the TV and you can ride around a track, learn shapes, numbers, etc. We just now set it up though. Jaaten can't quite reach the pedals yet but thinks she's so cool sitting on it!! ;)

I bought this cute headband for St. Patty's Day for Jaaten. Then I made the mistake of leaving it on the counter when she got up from her nap. She wore it the rest of the evening....

I love that Jaaten is always so interested in her toys and learning new things HOWEVER, lately Jaaten likes to dump everything in the middle of the floor. The other morning she dumped everything and then laid in it and threw everything around??? Her Dad must have taught her that one.....not me!

This was this morning before I left for work. Jaaten was sad I was leaving today....it was sad for The Mom too. ;(

Loving this Weather!!

Today ;)

Jaaten played outside at our house today! The weather is so much nicer now than the last couple weeks. I think Jaaten has been to the park down the street from our house almost everyday this week!

These slippers are the newest "Favorite Thing" around our house. I think she likes them so much because she can put them on by herself. ;)

The Park

It has been pretty cold outside (for Arizona at least) the last couple weeks. It has not really slowed Jaaten down at all! These pictures were from this past Wednesday. Happy Friday!

New Year's Day & The Tea Set ;)

Jaafe was roping all day New Year's Day just down the street from our house. Jaaten and I had planned on going to watch but it turned out to be TOO COLD for Jaaten. Abbey came over for a couple hours and I went over to watch Jaafe. Jaafe roped well and won $500. ;) Jaafe is on the Grey horse in the pictures.

Abbey gave Jaaten a Tea Set for Christmas and she is really into it!! She was dipping her pita bread in the "tea" in this picture. Jaaten shares the tea with her stuffed animals and makes sound effects. Too funny!
